De la Espriella names Medellín, Cali, Barranquilla as alternate government seats

President-elect Abelardo de la Espriella announced that his administration will operate from three alternate seats outside Bogotá: Medellín, Cali, and Barranquilla, as part of a decentralization strategy Source: La Silla Vacía.
