Pablo Alborán has announced that his recovery from a severe pneumonia is "a little slower than I would like", forcing him to cancel another concert. The Spanish singer, who already postponed a show in Ciudad Real on August 21, will not perform at the Festival de la Luz in Boimorto, Galicia, on August 30 . In a statement on social media, Alborán said doctors insist he rest more days, and he asked fans for patience and understanding .
Alborán emphasized that although the recovery is slower than expected, it is "on the right track" and he needs to respect the healing process to return at 100% . He expressed regret over the cancellation, saying, "You know how much it hurts me not to be with you next Sunday" . The singer thanked fans for their support and promised to try to meet them in Boimorto next year .
Despite the setback, Alborán's tour continues with dates in Costa Rica (September 27), El Salvador, Panama, Mexico, and Puerto Rico, where the Global Tour KMO ends on October 24 . The singer remains optimistic, closing his message with "See you very soon. With more desire than ever" .
