Migue Granados, the Argentine comedian and host of Olga, revealed in a candid interview with former rugby player Agustín Creevy that despite losing more than 20 kilos over the past year, he still feels uncomfortable taking off his shirt at the beach. "Soy un gordo acomplejado de toda la vida, aunque esté flaco, no voy a quedar en cuero," he confessed, explaining that his body image issues persist despite his physical transformation .
Granados described his ongoing insecurity: "No me hallo, bro. Es un complejo al pedo, porque nadie te va a estar mirando" . He recounted an anecdote from years ago at Parque Norte, a public pool complex in Buenos Aires, where a fan approached him for a photo while he was shirtless: "Casi me muero, amigo" . He noted that while he does enter the sea without a shirt, he quickly puts it back on .
Granados began his weight-loss journey in July 2025 after a failed attempt with the keto diet. He achieved success through a strict caloric deficit, four weekly strength-training sessions, and inclined treadmill walks . He emphasized that his motivation was comfort, not health: "Me puse las pilas porque estoy por cumplir 40 y tengo dos pibes y quería estar más cómodo" .
Granados firmly denied using Ozempic, the diabetes drug popular for weight loss, despite recommendations: "Jamás. Si así fuese lo rebancaría, incluso públicamente. Me lo han recomendado, pero no me animé" . He added, "El Ozempic creo que lo único que hace es no darte hambre, pero yo eso lo estoy logrando con voluntad" . Creevy echoed this in an Instagram post: "Estás hecho un toro, y no fue Ozempic muchachos..." .
Granados now focuses on building muscle rather than losing fat: "Este verano creo que voy a hacer la diferencia, porque voy a entrenar fuerte todos los días" .
