ISSSTE converts Cancún clinic into 90-bed general hospital

The ISSSTE is converting its Clínica Hospital in Cancún, Quintana Roo, into a general hospital with a budget of 684 million pesos, expanding capacity from 20 to 90 beds. ISSSTE Director General Martí Batres Guadarrama stated, "We made this decision to meet the needs of beneficiaries, expand the range of specialties, and reduce transfers."
