Lamine Yamal celebrated his 19th birthday with a lavish party on August 11 at the Mas de Sant Lleí estate, a 12th-century masía near Barcelona. The event, which drew over 100 guests, featured performances by Grupo Frontera, Bad Gyal, Myke Towers, and Ozuna, among others. The party came nearly a month after his actual birthday on July 13, which he spent during the World Cup with family and his girlfriend, Inés García.
The venue, a 30,000-square-meter estate with a helipuerto and artificial lake, hosted a mix of footballers, influencers, and artists. Attendees included Barça teammates Gavi, Eric García, and Raphinha, as well as Dulceida and TheGrefg. The event was divided into two areas: one for dining and conversation, another for music, which one guest likened to "the Latin Grammys."
Grupo Frontera, a Mexican regional group, flew in specially to perform, reflecting Yamal's known fondness for Latin music. Inés García wore a custom fuchsia minidress by Bonet Studio, a designer favored by Karol G and Aitana. The dress, with a corseted bodice and heart neckline, was a Y2K-inspired piece made specifically for the occasion.
Unlike last year's party, which sparked controversy, this year's event was tightly controlled, with three access checks and restricted phone use. However, videos still leaked, showing Yamal dancing and even appearing close to another woman, which circulated on social media. The party ended around 2:30 a.m., with some players leaving early for training.
