Dominican Consulate in Miami and BIU Partner to Offer 150 Scholarships for Diaspora

The Dominican Consulate General in Miami and Broward International University (BIU) have signed an agreement to make available 150 scholarships for master’s and doctoral programs, covering 60% of tuition, for the Dominican community in South Florida.
