Hidalgo reconstruction enters fourth stage with 241 million pesos

The reconstruction of infrastructure damaged by the October 2025 monsoon trough in Hidalgo is advancing with a fourth stage of 25 new works and an investment of over 241 million pesos, bringing the total accumulated investment to more than 1.93 billion pesos Source: Milenio. The reconstruction plan

The program now includes 129 total actions across four stages, with the first stage completed (34 works), second stage under execution (18 works), third stage in validation (50 projects), and the fourth adding 25 more Source: Milenio.
