Three finalists set for Copa Chenel 2026 final in Las Ventas

The Copa Chenel 2026 has its three finalists after the semifinal round concluded in Alalpardo. Héctor Gutiérrez topped the rankings with 17.23 points, followed by Alejandro Marcos (16.86) and Manuel Diosleguarde (16.75) Source: El Mundo. Semifinal highlights

Gutiérrez, the Mexican matador, was the only one to leave the ring on shoulders after cutting two ears from a brave bull of Zacarías Moreno named "Rebujino" Source: ABC. Mario Navas delivered a highly artistic performance but was hampered by poor swordwork, while Alejandro Chicharro cut an ear from a difficult bull Source: ABC. Final preparations

The official poster presentation will be held on July 20 at Las Ventas, with the presence of regional officials and the finalists Source: El Mundo. The Copa Chenel is part of the Comunidad de Madrid's Fiesta del Toro project, now in its sixth edition, aimed at promoting bullfighting as a cultural expression.
