UASD launches master's in collective management of artistic productions

The Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) has announced the launch of a two-year Master's in Collective Management of Artistic and Cultural Productions, set to begin in September 2026. The program aims to strengthen professional training in copyright, intellectual property, and collective management, addressing the challenges of digitalization and the creative economy.

The master's is the result of a collaboration between the UASD, the National Copyright Office (ONDA), the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology (Mescyt), and collective management societies. The launch event took place on Monday, July 13, at the UASD's Paraninfo Ricardo Michel Source: eldiado. The degree is structured into four semesters totaling 55 credits. It targets professionals in music, writing, cultural management, law, and administration Source: eldiado.
