President Abinader Inaugurates Samaná Play, Prioritizes Water Solutions

President Luis Abinader visited Samaná on July 11, 2026, to inaugurate municipal works and address community priorities. The Play municipal renovation, costing over 14 million Dominican pesos, was a centerpiece of the day.
