Medellín to require annual financial reports from housing developers to protect buyers

Medellín's administration has enacted a new regulation requiring housing developers (enajenadores) to submit annual financial statements, aiming to detect financial risks and protect homebuyers. The deadline is July 1 each year under Circular No. 202660000113 of 2026.

What the regulation requires
