Alberto González Amador, partner of Madrid regional president Isabel Díaz Ayuso, testified on Tuesday that he forwarded a photograph of two El País journalists to her chief of staff, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, confirming the version Rodríguez gave in the same investigation for alleged revelation of secrets. The case stems from Rodríguez sharing the photo and names of the journalists in a WhatsApp chat on March 19, 2024, claiming they were "harassing neighbors, including minors."

• González Amador said a neighbor took the photo and sent it to him; he then forwarded it to Rodríguez. He identified the neighbor and provided other images from that day.
• He claimed his phone was hacked and he cannot retrieve conversations with Rodríguez, but he provided the neighbor's chat logs.
• Rodríguez initially told the judge the photo came directly from a neighbor but later corrected that González Amador forwarded it to him.

Disagreement

All sources agree González Amador's testimony aligned with Rodríguez's revised account. However, the judge had deemed his testimony "necessary, proportional, and pertinent" to clarify the chain of transmission. The PSOE, which filed the original complaint, requested this testimony.
