The Dominican Republic is preparing to send a medical emergency team to Venezuela following a recent earthquake, deploying a mobile hospital and approximately 40 health professionals. The mission, ordered by President Luis Abinader, aims to provide humanitarian assistance to the affected population.
The team, designated as an Emergency Medical Team (EMT) Type 1, will include doctors, nurses, pharmacists, psychologists, and engineers specializing in water and sanitation Source: elcaribedr.
