Venezuela's acting president Delcy Rodríguez visited the state of La Guaira on Thursday, the epicenter of the devastation from two earthquakes that killed at least 188 people and injured 1,520, according to official figures.
Rodríguez was accompanied by her brother Jorge Rodríguez, president of the National Assembly, and Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello.
